The first reference in the list by Vecchio and Selby explains the secant stiffness method
used in Triax-2000 for arriving at solutions. The second reference by Vecchio gives a very
clear 2D interpretation of the method which is a good place to start. The reference to
Adebar includes information on the limitation of shear on the crack.
