Organic Light Emitting Diodes
We are developing the next generation of organic light emitting diode (OLED) materials and device structures for flat panel displays and solid state lighting. The following photos demonstrate prototype large-area OLEDs manufactured using our LUMINOS® Cluster Tool. We welcome R&D contracts to develop specialty OLED prototypes.
