Organic and Polymer Optoelectronics Research

The Lu Group in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Toronto is lead by Professor Zhenghong Lu and consists of about a dozen researchers and graduate students.

The group is interested in: Thin-film organic semiconductors; Organic electronic and optoelectronic materials and devices; Nano-structured materials; Atomic structure of surfaces and interfaces; Synchrotron radiation applications; Semiconductor processing.
